At Landmark Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to the products.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
